Palantise offers kids piggy banks and money-saving boxes, including electronic ATM-style banks with password or fingerprint access and wooden and novelty designs, as well as diversion safes and hidden storage, lock boxes, coin organizers, storage organizers and educational toys, through our website palantise.com. Our primary market is the United States, and we ship internationally. The website and all sales are operated by Ecomvest LLC, which acts as the seller for every order.

Age requirement
Accounts and orders on palantise.com are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Many of our products are made for children, so a parent, guardian or other adult should place the order on their behalf. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the details you provide are accurate.

As long as you follow these terms, Ecomvest LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use palantise.com for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Our piggy banks, money-saving boxes, diversion safes, lock boxes, organizers and educational toys are made for everyday use at home. This section explains how to use them safely, what diversion safes and lock boxes are designed to do, and what to expect from product information.
Product safety
Please follow the age guidance and instructions on each product page. Some products contain small parts that may be a choking hazard for children under 3.
Young children should always be supervised by an adult when using our products. Keep small parts, batteries and packaging out of reach of young children, check products regularly for wear or damage, and stop using an item if any part is broken or loose.
Diversion safes & lock boxes
Diversion safes and lock boxes are designed to help keep valuables out of sight. They are not a substitute for a certified safe, a security system or insurance, and we are not responsible for the loss or theft of any items stored in them.
Instructions & age guidance
Each product page shows the recommended age and how to use the item. Please read this guidance before use, and follow any instructions included with your product, such as how to set a password or fingerprint on electronic banks.
Product information: we do our best to keep descriptions and images accurate. Product images may differ slightly in color, size or finish from the item you receive, depending on your screen settings and the lighting in which the photos were taken.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD)
Other currencies may be shown at checkout depending on your location; the currency shown at checkout is the currency you are charged
Shipping is free on every order, in the United States and internationally, with no minimum spend
We may change prices for future orders; the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order
Order process
A contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email, not when you add an item to your cart.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a stock error or a pricing error. If this happens after payment, we refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. Card and Shop Pay payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Shop Pay and PayPal; other payment methods may appear at checkout depending on your location and device. We do not offer cash on delivery. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can change or cancel your order free of charge only before it is processed. Email support@palantise.com right away with your order number. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but our 30-day returns process still applies.
Payment problems, chargebacks and disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or a dispute with PayPal. Most issues are resolved quickly once we have your order number.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping, returns and refunds are covered in detail in their own policies, which form part of these terms. Here are the key points.

Free shipping on every order, in the United States and internationally, with no minimum
Every order is delivered within 7–10 business days of being placed
Tracking number emailed once your order ships
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address
Outside the US, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country and are your responsibility
Returns & refunds
30 days to return from the day you receive your item
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase
Return postage is paid by you, unless we sent a damaged, defective or wrong item, in which case we cover it
Damaged, defective or wrong items: report as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos
Refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days of approving your return
Sale items and gift cards are not returnable
EU and UK customers
You keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to that right. Please contact us before sending anything back; returns go to our warehouse, not to our Wyoming office.

All content on palantise.com belongs to Ecomvest LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes text, product descriptions, photos, graphics, logos, icons and software. Nothing on this website gives you any right to use that content beyond the limited personal license described above. Using it without permission may breach copyright, trademark and other laws.
Breaking these restrictions may lead to immediate loss of access to the website and may expose you to legal claims. We reserve the right to use all remedies available to us.

Errors or inaccuracies in website content, interruptions or outages, unauthorized access to your data, third-party content or conduct, loss or theft of items stored in diversion safes or lock boxes, and use of products in a way that does not follow the age guidance, instructions and safety information on the product page.
Your statutory rights stay protected
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of your country or state of residence.
Consumers in the US, the EU, the UK and elsewhere: nothing in this section excludes or restricts the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country or state of residence, including rights regarding faulty goods and your personal data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ecomvest LLC and its affiliates, members, managers, employees, agents and licensors against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (a) your access to or use of the website; (b) your breach of these Terms of Service; (c) your breach of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the website, such as reviews.

Ecomvest LLC is organized in the State of Wyoming, USA. These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

The choice of Wyoming law does not limit the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence, whether you live elsewhere in the US, in the EU, in the UK or anywhere else. Where any provision of these terms conflicts with those mandatory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
