Processing:

Palantise is shipping worldwide, our processing time for all orders is 24-72 business hours.

 

Shipping:

Our delivery time is 8-14 business days for all countries, followed by the
shipping times displayed above.

 

Tracking:

As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number (which can take 24-48 hours to update).

 

Order changes:

Once your order has been processed, it can't be modified or cancelled. If upon receiving your order, you decide not to keep all or part of it, our 30-day return policy is in effect.

 

Need assistance?

If you have placed your order and it hasn't shown any tracking updates after our written processing period, it's most likely because of the courier scanning issues, it's likely still on its way and will be delivered within the estimated shipping times provided.
